The conference provided an opportunity for national stakeholders to disseminate knowledge, celebrate successes, and identify next steps towards reaching the goal of expanding family planning services and information. Some of the topics discussed at the event include meeting the unmet need for family planning, expanding access to quality services, creating enabling environment, building capacity and promoting research and innovations, reaching the unreached population such as adolescents and marginalized groups, increasing the demand, improving the stagnant contraceptive prevalence rate etc.
