UNFPA Nepal will provide technical as well as financial assistance to convene the first ever national conference on OCMC through a joint initiation of the development partners and CSOs working in the field of GBV response in the leadership of Ministry of Health and Population and in close collaboration with Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizen. The conference will bring together all the relevant stakeholders who are associated with the OCMCs functioning directly and indirectly to provide holistic support to GBV survivors as envisioned by the Government of Nepal under its mandate.

The National Conference on OCMCs will present a unique opportunity for stakeholders to collaborate, learn, and strategize towards enhancing crisis management services in the country. By sharing experiences, addressing challenges, and exploring global best practices, this conference aims to contribute to the improvement of OCMC operations and ultimately, the well-being of individuals and communities in Nepal.
