Eligibility: Completed Advance University degree in Public Health, Social Science or other related field. At least 2 years of professional experience in planning, programming, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the area of CSE and/or life-skills education. Good analytical skills and ability to interpret complex socio-cultural backgrounds as well as quickly obtain an overview of a variety of activities and approaches of national and international actors. Experience of working with Government and Non-Government partners at the national and local level, with current knowledge in decentralization of education system in the federal context and of the latest developments in the field of CSE is preferable. Excellent written skills and ability to elaborate reports, document and disseminate good practices and programme successes for further dissemination.
